RoomAI Refunds
If RoomAI charges you and the paid service is materially unavailable or billed in error, contact [email protected] promptly so we can review the account and Stripe transaction.
Eligible Cases
Refund requests are generally reviewed for duplicate charges, accidental renewals reported promptly, or sustained outages that prevented paid use after billing.
How to Request One
Email [email protected] with the payment email, the charge date, and a short explanation of the issue. We review requests case by case and respond as quickly as practical.
Cancellation vs Refund
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless the charge also qualifies under the cases above or applicable law.
