What We Collect

We collect the room images you submit for redesign, the prompts and style selections tied to those requests, basic usage telemetry needed to run rate limits, and the payment details Stripe shares with us for subscription support. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored by RoomAI.

How We Use It

Submitted photos are used to generate redesign results, debug failed jobs, and respond to support requests. Billing metadata is used to confirm active subscriptions, handle cancellations, and investigate payment issues.

Retention and Requests

We do not market or resell uploaded room photos. If you need a deletion or privacy request handled, email [email protected] from the address tied to your subscription and include enough context for us to locate the request safely.
